Burrill was exclusively retained by MTPC to negotiate  a complex licensing transaction and equity investment including:

• Valuation of the product and the company
• Financial and scientific due diligence



• Negotiation and closing of deal in less than six months in a highly competitive environment
  

MTPC obtained an exclusive license, took a BOD seat and led the $45m Series C, and created a development and commercial partnership across multiple territories
