Burrill & Company’s Role

The Burrill Merchant Banking Group advised Wyeth in their recent alliance with Neurogen for the development and commercialization of Aplindore, a partial agonist of the D2 dopamine receptor for Parkinson’s and Restless Legs Syndrome.

The engagement involved identifying and contacting a broad list of potential partners and organizing and executing a number of in-depth scientific meetings to minimize time commitments from key Wyeth scientists.
