Burrill & Company’s Role

Burrill & Company was retained as an exclusive advisor to P&G to assist in partnering their Phase I non-fluorinated quinolone antibiotic.

Although P&G felt that this antibiotic was a strong development candidate, anti-infectives were no longer a core strategic focus of their internal development organization.

Burrill developed an extensive list of potential partners and targeted sales materials, directed discussions with potential partners, managed the due diligence process and negotiated  terms.
