  • Approaching an extensive list of potential buyers and investors
  • Creating selling documents
  • Managing diligence with multiple potential partners
  • Leading the negotiations with Graceway

Deal Structure:

  • Acquisition and license agreement for 3 programs
  • Master services and supply agreement for Pfizer’s support of development and clinical activities
