Burrill & Company’s Role

The Merchant Banking Group was exclusively retained by Adlyfe to pursue strategic collaborations involving Adlyfe’s ProNucleon technology for the detection of misfolded proteins that are associated with amyloid-related diseases, such as Alzheimer’s.

The engagement involved the identification and contact of a number of potential partners, and the subsequent discussions and negotiation of the definitive agreement.
